Data controller
The data controller is the Rassemblement des Droits de l'Homme (RDH), an association governed by the French law of 1 July 1901 (RNA W062015292), whose registered office is at 19 avenue de Flirey, 06000 Nice, France. For any question regarding your data: servicecommunication@lerdh.fr.
Data collected
The lerdh.fr website collects no personal data without your action. The only data processed is what you voluntarily provide through the contact and membership forms: surname, first name, email address, telephone, postcode, town and, where applicable, the content of your message.

Your data is kept for the time necessary to handle your request or manage your membership, then deleted or archived in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Recipients of the data
Your data is intended solely for authorized RDH personnel. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. The site is hosted within the European Union (Hostinger International Ltd).
Your rights (GDPR)
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to servicecommunication@lerdh.fr (proof of identity may be requested).
Complaints
If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
